No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

There is no job security Whenever the work pressure is low they are removed employees for any small reason, Work culture is not that good only 30 seats are there before 2nd lockdown there are 30-40 cataloger working there but on the time of pandemic management are not getting work from the clint so they conduct tests on every week or who will not pass the test so they are removed that person immediately. So as of now there are only 9 cataloger working there.😂 There are nothing like management and somtimes you feel this is not a office this is a school there are only 3 manager they also has a owner they decided everything what will do or what will not sometimes his decision is biased, There are no policy also they are not providing you any of joining latter also they deduct PF Amount after you complete your 3 month and your salary will be increased only of the PF amount is nothing extra. there are only 2 shift 6:30 to 2:30 morning and noon 2:45 to 10:45 and wherever there is pressure for work you have to stay and do work extra without any extra cost. I am in a noon shift I go my home mid night At 1:30 somtimes and take a stand for this thats why i am not working there.😂

there is a lots of politics and the management is biased work is good as asual but the working time is not set sometimes you complete your work on the closing time if they have a work so they assingn you more and didn't pay for the extra work and time.
