...s people oriented company. Transparent management and appreciation from seniors. Like all startups it had cash flow issues in early stages so salary dates were irregular. During my tenure, by 2024 salary issues were fixed and company always credited salary by the 5th of every month.

Dislikes

Strategic shift in product focus with frequent change of directions. This sometime happened unplanned and without discussion.

Booze parties organized by the CEO in the parking lot.

Non adherence to the basic things like salary disbursement and non compliances on various HR norms. PF and ESIC was deducted but not deposited. no systems and policies Adhocism and preferences for certain people and departments Everything works as per CEO's mood and whims and fancies

Working environment is very good

Upper management is very selfish. When you are workable treat you very well but another when they realise work is done they throw you Like throwing away a fly from milk.

Good environment & culture. Team mates are supportive and there is full transparency in management. Company polices are good and there is huge cafeteria and game zone.
