Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

Everything. Manager is wrost, uneducated, not professional. Salary gets delay by 25 days every day. Have to work 2 months without salary. Cant take leaves even its important, partiality and fevoritism between team members, management always support the managers even they know manager is not right. Not to work here, please be jobless for more 1 2 months but don't join this company.

Everything..(NO on time salary, NO JOB Security, No Skill Development) salary delay by 2.5 to 3 month (or when fund available) HUGE HUGE POLITICS No rules for senior/old employee. They just came to spend their time. they are uneducated. in office they WITH you, in front of management they AGAINS you. No Benefits for overtime or extra work. work on Sunday, its part of your job. Managers are lazy for learn new things. you can't take leaves even it's important. always wants a reason, they don't trust you. management cant listen the actual truth, the support the managers. NO work life balance NO work satisfaction. NOT good place to work.. BE JOBLESS.

If you are thinking to work here for life time, then this is not for you. Salary hike is very poor. Very less scope for innovation. Work environment is average. 'Training' the word does not exist in the dictionary of DCPL. You will get the good onsite benefits.
