...s in SQA dept..Every month employee leave.. Working environment is fully toxic..
They deduct bonus every month from my salary and not give at the time of clearance and diwali now denying saying it's in not policy..Top management is fill of fraud people..They take my hard earn money..Total 12k rs they don't paid me..Every time just tell we will give but currently one and half year passed.
I pray to God.. Every day may customer complaint received and hr, finance and management people face huge financial issue in their personal life.
Pl be careful during agreement they will betray you and making full.
New Korean boss is absolutely don't have knowledge how to run the Quality department how to maintain the customer relationship, my old Indian boss was absolutely great person, in his presence DY Power Quality was on the top notch , but after the Korean new Quality GM Came all image getting worst day by day , i believe one day all cylinder business will go to the competitor as don't have knowledge in Quality , all quality engineers are in my touch and all wants to leave the company soon.

In an organization things are done on micro level and it helps to improve detailed information as well as analysis.
Daily work place cleaning activity and exercise activity.
Very hectic and extra over planning on daily basis.
No standard set for daily CAPA
Policies are changing as per convenience.
Harsh and abusing langeuages using by seniors.
Egoestic and politics culture.
Some seniors non Indian management is very good but some behaevioung very badly.
No job security.
Great working environment, a lot of learning environment. Seniors are equally capable & share knowledge through frequent trainings. Quite supportive HR & HODs are very humble too. Everyone are chilled out & no working pressure, no over time or any stressful work. Amazing korean lifestyle & team work. Food is amazing better than your home. Korean people are quite funny & keep the working mood jolly.
No cooperation amongs employee related to work, specially quality department. No job satisfaction as the only focus is on production. There is politics in department and management doesn't address issues.
