Work culture is average, favouritism, no trust on employees, no support only expectations, low salary, high tax deductions, no tax saving plans.

Too much process as well politics and once you will serve notice period they will hold your salary and will not release as well will not give you experience letter

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
