You should be close friend or their well wishers lukily. Every promotion for the interval of 7-8 years even though you are good performer. Overal sign shows that forced to send out the experiance people. Aiming to get the job done by outsource for the manager side income.

I like only the job security & company policies. Not only myself lots of people observe that here we can fell the partiality between the technical and non technical folks.

Every employee have the performance bonus here. This bonus will be given every year during the appraisals. I had resigned this company because I had moved to different location. While relieving during the final settlement they told me that my bonus will be given after months as i had resigned and for resigned employees bonus will be given after months. But even after 7 months after my relieving they haven't given my bonus neither there is any sort of communication. After my multiple follow-ups they said management haven't decide when to give the bonus to resigned employees. How can they say this? Its my hard work for the entire year. I haven't expected this from company like Durr. They should have little ethics and honor their commitments.

This is totally depends upon the department. We can learn if we are fresher. Saturday and Sunday off

Salary for the work is very limited. Some times need to work on Saturday and Sunday depending upon the department. You can't expect career growth.

M/S Durr having world class design of Paintshop & innovations of so many machineries. It's absolute magic world of pure mechanical industry.

Dislikes

More peoples are already crossed 15years of service & trying to make pressure on new joinies. Not a healthy environment to much work pressure. No family life. project site team is literally leaving life like they are orphan.

The company is awesome. You get the perfect work life balance and payout. There is no micromanagement like Service based companies. This is a product based company that too with a very chill work culture.
