personally I say that, I am not satisfy my salary, because, i had so many responsibility for my work but not get sufficient payout for me, otherwise duke is the best organization, if salary will be increase i would be like to do job again in duke

Good work culture teammates are supportive and management is also supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.and they give salary hike every year etc.

Myself Ekamjot kaur age 22 years from rajpura joined duke company as a fresher in january 2024 i worked till end of the February because i couldn't get my pay . My manager Amardeep Singh hadn't paid me for my work , he even started ignoring me when i used to ask him about my pay . Not only he ignored he even misbehaved with my parents also when my parents asked him for my rights . I worked their with full honesty sincerity and hardwork but couldn't get my rights i deserve .

My soul is still there, To maintain this until we throw out "Jaichand" in the organisation. This type of employees are working as slow poison for brand reputation as well as products quality and timely supplies system to display product range in outlets.

Need to find out as you can call these type employee as star cast, this word used in bollywood for people working in that movie or serial etc, Rather need performers who can show results and also work as inspiration for others, we can call this as healthy competition. Punishment without any hearing due to some others insecurity due to their weaknesses and believe me heavy bribe to get yearly appraisal. Extra extra defuge retail team as well as persons. Owners needs to play on right person.
