...ter working for 6 months. Because of him many talented people left the team. I have heard him telling some people that Dukaan infinity is a failure, mujhe kya salary ati hai na.

No job security, nobody In the higher management knows what Dukaan is or how to grow. wasted 90% of funding. Lol. funny company to work for.

They use employees for only there benifits there is no appreciation appreal or job satisfaction there is too much of work pressure.nobody should join such companies nd spoil the career

The owners are scamming investors, securing funds for a cheap WordPress extended platform offered as a game changer, but it's not. Suumit Shah is a fraud, and it wouldn't surprise me if he's booked for fraud anytime soon.

It's a startup so you are pretty much on your own. If you are self starter and like to work without micro management, then it's the right place

The startup itself doesn't have a solid direction or dedication. They are simply scamming investors. No business, no profits. Continuous lay offs and firings for the silly reasons. No job security at all.

It's a startup in it's truest sense and gives good headroom to learn and grow in multiple skills if you're a generalist

The policies and processes are abhorrent and things keep changing pretty often. One needs to constantly communicate and be updated to stay on top of their game.
