There is nothing likes or good when any employee will get every salary after 3 month.

Main issue is salary... At the time of interview they will say it is the fix salary date but in reality the employee will get salary after 3 month 4 month not fix. every employee will get their salary after 2-3 month.. Due to this organisation I had suffered with my EMI. They are only their to hire new employee and hold the salary.

This is a waste of time, company. 100% politics. Third-class management. Don't get your salary on time. Do not join this organization. There is no growth and nothing to learn from this company. HR has a lack of knowledge.

Company Management is terrible and it is going through CCTV. Worst Management ever. No belief in employees.

Job security is not here. Trust issue is there between management. Salary is not on time. Delayed by more than 2 months. Use and Throw policy for employees. Don't join if you want stable life.

...ing big orders . At Ducon we feel job security. Having good working environment. During pandemic situation company has not cutoff employees from their services even company has paid full salary without making any deduction. There is no work burden on employees. Friendly relation with Junior and Senior employees.

Fraud company, no job security, pressurized employees for resignation, not giving salary on time, full & final settlement is also done by them after 1.5/2 years later.
