Direct involment of management like sales department guys can be your manager who didn't know abc of development and ask for progress on task after every 5 minutes because they have nothing to do.

what I like about working at Ducktale IT Services, I have to be honest there is very little,Unfortunately, my experience here has been overwhelmingly negative. there’s little to appreciate about working at Ducktale IT Services. From poor communication to a lack of growth opportunities, the overall experience has been highly disappointing

There is not activity, For the question,I find the lack of clear communication and limited growth opportunities at Ducktale IT Services challenging. These issues make it difficult to feel motivated and engaged in my role.
