There is a problem with salary increment / promotion . I gave my 3 years to DTDC but just c'oz of above reasons unfortunately I left DTDC. I still wanna work with DTDC in near future with all my heart. If i got the salary i deserve then only.

The business team is degrading the operation team, and there is no proper value for the operation team. Micromanagement is very bad, and there is no free hand for hiring supporting staff (if required, supporting staff RM wants to interview). dog politics.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
