Product manager decides deadline without even having a slight idea about the development process. if development team says 1 month, he'll say complete it in one week. CTO doesn't take responsibility for his actions, he'll simply blame it on the employees and move on. No Job security. you are working on a nice day and suddenly you'll get fired on the same day without reason

Dislikes

Poor management. (You won't find HR to be very serious at their work) No notice period even if you serve for more than a year. Keep on extending probation and finally would release without notice once their work is done.

I worked as django backend developer for 5 months duration only I leave so early because of my health issue overall company's employees, leaders and hr everything was good, if you think to join this company best to go
