It's just that the management are too political. And as you know too much of management politics in the organisation will ultimately brings discourage to employees.

The company is open to new talents, diversity and inclusion. Be it people or idea's. Great spot to work at. Policies can be streamlined in a proper way but they are there at notch. Management is supportive and provide you with opportunities at every level. Overall a great experience so far!

Compensation is decent, but the growth is bit slow which hampers your thought. Apart from that a great place to work. Kudos to the Founders for creating such brand!

Worst Toxic Work culture, no educated person can stay there

Dislikes

Everything, specially the management, it is worst than any local Lala company. Toxic environment, no sense of logic, and positivity here, the founder hates their employees and vice Versa, don’t even think of joining this org.

Poor management, easily drive into bad decisions, no work ethics. Unrealistic expectations and demand for overnight results. Management is almost a disaster.
