It seems like there is not much positive to highlight. Droidal is very negative and unhealthy.

...n on weekends, which leaves no time for our personal life. Its hard to relax. 2. If you ask for a salary hike or promotion, they might target you for termination. They sometimes make false accusations and fire you quickly without any warning. 3. The CEO expects us to always say "yes" to everything. If you disagree or say "no," they may demote you or even fire you. 4. We only get 2 days of leave a month. If we use these days for personal reasons, like being sick or dealing with an emergency, they start blaming us, accusing us of lying, and making it seem like we're making excuses. 5. Our (Droidal Employee's) salary doesnt match the work. The company promises to review your pay after a probation period, but they dont follow through on that promise. 6. Promotion dont seem to be based on our hard waork or performance. 7. The Company has poor management and they are losing clients, because of this. 8. The company created its own tool called Droidal, but its not good at all. It has many limitations and doesnt work properly. It requires constant help to operate which makes it difficult for you to do your job efficiently. if you raise any concerns about the tool or ask for improvement, you risk being fired. 9. overall, it seems like the company creates a very stressful and unfair environment. There is a lack of repect for employees, no real opportunities for career growth and a lot of instability.

There is nothing like that. Wait wait! The only thing about Droidal is, there is no or less Notice Period You will get the exit within 15 days from resignation because they don't to pay for the days you are in notice period

-Poor project planning -No recognition -False committed to all the clients -Leads enforce us to do gimmick the project and get screwed, and put the blame on developers -you have to work atleast for 14 hours a day -you have to work on weekends sometimes and on holiday, but no incentives paid. -Even if you take 1 day sick leave they ask you to submit MC else it will be LOP -in the name of Automation, the developers does the work manually -No proper KT or Documentation, -no opportunity to grow -they beshame you in a meeting irrespective of your designation -finally, you have to work like bot, meaning work without holiday, 24 hours round the clock, no leaves, no recognition, no sleep, no increment or benefits, no guidance or support, poor infrastructure IT. -they recruit senior developers just to mentor the interns and in 3 months they will fire them with silly reason

You dont need experience to work here, you nod your head for everything their conditions then you are hired.

Dislikes

...There is not work life balance, you will be forced to work for 14 hours a days, even on weekends - They offer very low package, sometimes less than your ctc promising to revise it after probation but it never happens - You will be promoted if you work like hell (overloaded with more and more tasks haha) but you will get hike only if you do politics -There is no job security because of poor management, the clients are running away once they realize the scams they do here in the name of RPA and Automation - You will never have time for your work, and you will learn nothing at the end - They have a RPA tool called Droidal, which runs only with the help of a person, it will not work in people's absence and it has no scope for your career
