Worst HR policy, Restricted festival and leave policy, Earned leave is eligible from 2nd year onwards. 1 year probation period, no hybrid work model, married women only can get the permanent wfh not for boys even hybrid work model. No other benefits to employees even compensation off or rewards. Nepotism in office

Drivestream gives flexibility in work culture, lot of learning scope for learners, support spouse employment, DS gives a job security and never terminate employee even in recession, lot of flexibility on work-life balance but it depends on employee, having cultural activates on festivals, contribution social welfare activities through Carestream...

Dislikes

Company (DS) training scope is little less but DS supports self learning and provide facilities. Less scope for travel.

Adjustable work time. Good for beginners. Process need improvement. Still rely old trend and philosophy.

Work culture needs improvement. Local dominance is more. New people need to try hard to adapt otherwise you need to be a high designated person.

Real blood suckers.. Employees are forced to work in multiple projects which demands more than 14 hours per day..... .Only in this company, employees are forced to work more than 100 hours per week. No professional can sustain in this company due to immatured offshore leadership team. they will watch only inter team politics, they never solve problems. if you are a son, sister, friend of x , you will be eligible to get promotion, Visa etc .... Very nasty work culture. The day our labour department wakes up, this company will be into trouble
