They send me in meghalay and say we will give you Travel allowance but the didn't give me any kind of travel allowance till now. Very bad company don't waste your valuable time in this company.

Dislikes

They didn't tell you about which kind of work you have to do in this company, they hire mechanical engineers and send them to meghalaya , darjiling etc where the job is civil servey type job.

Holidays and leaves benefits..

Dislikes

Training is not given to new joinees. On documents everything is seen to be trained for this and that. Also you are authorized for everything. This is worst thing I experienced. Also there is no bond system then also they hold on people during a period of resignation. Don't give salary and also not accept the resignation if you want to leave the job.
