Promotion and appraisals are done based on the favoritism of the upper hand people. If I don't become one of their favourite( slave) then even if I work hard there won't be any appreciation, promotions n appraisal. I dislike these things the most at downtown

Management System is Vary bad.

All tha management people are useless and selfish.. They couldn't khow how to respect tha pepole and employees.. They are very kalpit. All management people are nonsense.

Work culture is awesome. Company gives importance to development of employees. This company gives proper training and prepare all staff to serve with proper care and concern to all customers. Employee safety and financial security is also taken care of. The Hospital has 5 food joints. Every year fastivals and anniversary is celebrated where all staff and doctors perform.

There is no such disliking about the hospital

To say good about Downtown hospital ltd that Discipline & Cleanliness are there within the hospital. Hygiene maintained. And Co-workers was found v nice & supportive.

To talk about Training & Salary/appraisal part, it should be held time to time so that employee will be more satisfied as well as encouraged.

I have developed my nursing skills n gain my confident in every procedure I do base on patient care... So yes I am very thankful to the hospital that it gave me such opportunity to do so....

When I work there were so much of staff crisis, so I had to take care of about 9 to 10 post operative patients at a time ..so it was quite hectic n very much stressful, it's like mentally n physical torture.... But later as I work as days goes by, I get adjusted with that hectic environment.... But it is really physically torture even tough I got adjusted...
