Worst company to work for, will not give your last salary, atmosphere is very bad and lot of owner interference in work which is not good for company

Job is secured if you are upto the mark with respect to your work no issues for that. Decent work culture you have to be sincere towards your work.

Dotom realty removed me during covid time at this moment I was wondering that atleast my office will help me but I am really disappointed from Dotom realty As well I would suggest everyone that don't be a part of Dotom realty because no one will appreciate u , no one will help you , no one will motivate you , There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue . There every one wants to be a boss everyone wants to be your reporting manager .. everyday your reporting manager will change every time vice President will say I am your reporting manager now everyone is going to report me As well closing manager have to go for sourcing also basically not rules not regulations not terms not condition not company policy no job security nothing 👎 One of my worst experience in Dotom realty

i like only some office staff good manner or contribution of staff work bosses or really very good person as per site or as per team work we do best at nivan site.
