Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No good things in Doozy robotics.

Dislikes

Not a good place to work and you can't learn anything new expect children's projects things, they keep everything confidential and get signature from the employees in that paper no point is benefit for employees only benefit for the employer, If you have a plan to work in doozy robotics just change the plan and find a other job. The office timing is 9AM to 6.30 PM but you need to work 10PM too or sometimes continue to night also. No proper refurbishment for your travel for company works, This job will definitely make you unsatisfied You need to clean the company like sweeping, vacuuming, painting etc even you need to clean the Name board also. Completely selfish employers and they use worst bad words on the employees. You need to buy a water can for the employers. Etc etc bad things in that Doozy Robotics The good thing they did to me is told me to left the company
