No promotions will be provided...They hire staff employees in 3rd party pay roll and they won't give the promotion even if slots are available.

No culture between worker and admin, particular team are together dominated at HR team, hr very worst Yes , shell shutdown 2024 I got selected after medical they not mobilization to me that medical money 4500 totally lost, I asked my medical money they won't pay also awaiting more the six months l lost may opportunity during waiting , still no reply, don't believe that hr and execution team.

Senior Indian management need to overcome with the biased approach promoting people on the basis of favoratism.. HR need to be more strong and ensure the policy adherence, not to twist and turn policies for the convenience just to follow the instructions rather following the process.

Very supportive management. Freedom to work & express the point of view. Open to suggestions . Good future planning in terms of product designing and built quality.
