This is the worst place to be. No respect for doctors. Salary credited after 55 days. Direct firing without notice period. No job security. Terrible work place. Mallikarjun is the worst Person there.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. Salary will be given after 55 days. No job security. Consultants are directly fired without notice period. Hospital runs only with the help of 3 medical officer. One doctor is there Dr Saurabh, he is very cunning and plays dirty politics. He doesn't let anyone stay there and make sure to fire that person. He makes living there live hell.

One of the very nicely managed institution as compared to others in mainstream obviously big hospitals have their own perks but still almost everyone is very nice over there they're completely professional including owners because now I am working somewhere else.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
