Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). No Transportation, No insurance for parents, the top-up option is so expensive that you need to pay 56,000 premium for 2,00,000 insurance, YoY increments are so low. you get 4% at the time of promotion.

I am a freelancer and working with your organisation. I have received good environment and culture and our co ordinator are very supportive and humble which is good for everyone.No interruptions during inspection which is very good thing.

...reelancer there was a no work from home, due to this life surviving is too hard.Due to covid I faced many things which I can't describe reason behind no work from home and no salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. After completed 2 years then resign DNVGL doesn't issue experience certificate.
