Good place to learn for initial 2-3 years. Have freedom of work. Responsibilities are given from initial days and mistakes are not looked down upon. Opportunities to speak during meetings and forums. Salaries during initial stages of career is on par with the industry.

Dislikes

Employee is quickly moved/ promoted onto a managerial role and from one job role to other which limits the learning & hands-on working period. One may gain knowledge of wide range of subjects but in depth knowledge will be lacking. Specialisation in a specific field won’t get developed. Further, there might be a mismatch in education and offered job role which makes it difficult for the employee to search for other job opportunities. One may have to work for long hours and even on Sundays without OT or other benefits. Public holidays are very less.

There is a holiday only on the last Saturday of every month, but if there is any national holiday in that month then no holiday is given by the company.

Lot of assignments makes employees to learn different methodologies to execute the task. Infrastructures is a very vast network for which DMR is giving its services primarily for design engineering, BOQ's, project management consultancy etc..,

The company is backed by highly motivated team of young professionals who are supported by a great leadership team of experienced personnel. They strong ethical work style and the management supports each employee in their professional and personal endeavours. COVID 19 has strengthened the companies core belief in its employee first policies. All salaries and bonuses are being provided on scheduled time even during time of hardship. All out of state employees are encouraged to opt for WFH and have been facilitated with proper IT equipment.

Dislikes

The company has limited exposure to international standard practices and tools. They are growing everyday at an extremely fast pace but it will still take them some time to make their deliverables on par with reputated international firms.
