Likes

All teammates are wonderful, cooperative, helpful and professional. Job security is not as bright as it was 7-8 years back.Work environment is average and employees are now not happy with the way they are put under work pressure. Travel opportunities are limited to some top ranking officials. Appraisals are mostly partial and questionable.

Appraisals are not fair. You have to be blue-eyed boy of your bosses for any career growth. Often old timer are sidelined and new ones are put above them

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
