The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. My team mates are very cooperative they are very helpful persons. Another plus point is that my collegues comes fromvarious cultural background and we are very happily in collabaration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a days as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into tthe night.

Likes

-Getting paid on time. -Yearly official trips.

Dislikes

...illager are there. -No concern towards employee. -No Leaving time from office. -On-site client presentation which is out of your salary. -70/- rupees for launch fixed. -Manager is indeed worst because he takes appointment from EPFO commissioner the next to impossible thing. -Boss of company is out of the picture doesn't care. -over time but no pay for it.

Dislikes

Compensation is quite impressive, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths. I did receive appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals even goes to that person which is in favorite list of managers and those are good for nothing as well.

Likes

The Culture among the employees are next level as they help each other to grow together. For the beginners this is the right platform to start thier work journey.

Dislikes

People stick to only one process and thier is no internal movement. If that gets started then I will be person to join back DKM.

Likes

As a PF executive in DKM online I feel quite good. The environment and relationships is good between employer and employees. I shuffled in several different teams but all team mates are helpful in both personally and professionally, so over all they are supporting me in this covid 19 lockdown situation.

Dislikes

During this lockdown they organised review meeting in which they tell us our past error and ensure us that they will not deduct our salaries on past mistakes, but my colleague salary got deducted when finally credited in his accounts. So they do not intimate him, even till now HR do not release any mail to him related with his salary deduction, so this is the only thing which I dislike about DKM management.
