...n minded. Horrible building and canteen. The canteen does not provide good food. Viacom is cheating employees of their money as they have already reserved a part of your package to go into reliance insurance. And the 10 percent variable is sold as something you will get at the end of the financial year but you get only what they want to give you.

Big Brand, the office is overlooking the city and benefits like medical, dental, maternity are good. Unlimited leaves if you manage your work well and as per managers discretion.

Dislikes

slow growth in both salary and promotions Don't join with low salary

Good in Job due to a brand name. Best work satisfaction as people has a clarity for their role. Chances of learning skills is also huge.

Dislikes

Salary is Poor as per Market standards. Poor in promotions, Business Head generally have selective promotions from BU. People coming from behind are promoted but those who are in the system never get a growth chance. HR doesn't care for it employees. Neither HR Director or HR Head they dont care for employees.

Worklife and balance and pay is unbeatable in market no doubt !

Handling of useful resources according to their ability and performance and ofcouse promotion! One has to be really really lucky along with hardwork

... very supportive 6. Cafeteria is huge & have some gaming arcade for chilling. 7. Appraisals, salary hike & bonus are good every year. 8. On every festivals their is celebration in office with some decorations, music, stand-up comedy, dance, food festival etc. 9. The great part was you just have to work 5 days in a week (Saturday & Sunday) off. 10. Every year company plan's trip for employees.
