...work from home or anywhere in the world plus it gives a great work life balance. Appraisals and salary are good, your performance is recognized and rewarded. Extremely comfortable place to work.

Dislikes

No proper HR policies in place. All India workforce are termed as Contractors not Employees since the company doesn't have a physical presence in India. The reporting managers tend to behave like bosses, play mind games, politics, sometimes you'll feel like quitting and ultimately it's the same story everywhere you go.

If you are indian working from india you will not get any Senior leadership positions there is a glass wall. Favouratism, nepotism and no processes in place which makes it hard for a person to bear with the whole charade
