Have Facilities like Field visit fooding lodging/Mobile Bills/Yearly Bonus/ and employee not working in permanent and wory for every year renewal process ... In offer letter duty monday to Friday but manager pressurized to attend sunday also forcefully..

If you are willing to work on different technology vertical, then this is company where you get lot of opportunities to experience different technlogy

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes. I have to be available over the call & be ready go online at any point of the day (Late night or mid-night)

...n DD all staff are supported. I like very much of DD Organization and DD team, In DD no issues of salary or any field visit. May be Once government employee salary late but in DD never late of employees salary or any fund. DD appraisal very strong I don't have any word regarding this placement. Very strong of salary area so all employees likes of DD and don't have any tension of salary and appraisal. All emp focus only on work. I have a good and positive experience about DD. In DD I learn many more so thank you very much of DD team. Once again very much thanks of DD and DD team.

The team which I was a part of was very helpful, friendly and jovial. Their is no hierarchy based system. We were allowed to go and talk with the managers and team members of different teams which were in the organization and know what they are working on and how they do it. It gave us the freedom to explore different opportunities as a fresher. There was no such rule as you have to stay in office for 9 hours a day for certain teams which gave us the freedom to come and leave early on most of the days.

Initially the salary was less. The guys who continued to work for a 2nd year got a good hike as 3-4 of them left at the end of the first year. The growth is also a bit slow. The work was a bit monotonous. Main problem is that the office is located quite far from the center of the city and there was no cab services provided for employees in regular shift which made traveling difficult. It used to take up 4 hrs of my time every day since I was located about 20 kms from the office.

...here are great learning opportunities and one can become super techie from here. The appraisal happens in very smooth way and salary hike is also very good.

Though work life is very good but sometimes we have to face management politics.
