Is very employee friendly, Our Owner Mr. Dilip Suryavanshi is chairman & MD of the Company, he's nature is very good for all staff. I like this company. I wish in future our Dilip Buildcon is becoming in top 1 company in India in Infrastructure field

...Limited More people are Relatives of Our Seniors & distance relative of Owner, That type of employee behavior, i dont like, and our salary package id down comparison appoint new employee, In same my positions, That i also dont like. Thats it.

If there is no job, you can work in this company, you should look for a good opportunity and then leave.

The accommodation facility is not good and When staying in a guest house, one has to pay the electricity bill and the food is absolutely useless, and when staying in a camp, there are no facilities, and neither do we get a car to go to the site or come to the office.

I worked in the company for 2-3 years and my experience of working there was very good . Along with work , I also got to learn a lot

There the salary is not paid on time and leaves are also not given. Leave for more than 7 days is not given. If it exceeds 7 days, you will be fired from the company.

As a mechanic engineer I'll say this is best possible platform to draw practical knowledge alongwith pressure bearing capacity team management skills.
