Dislikes

1. Employee's contribution to the team often goes unnoticed when company's bottom line is at risk. Worst part some people at management as created multiple failed project but still they are not fired. 2.A strict time tracker is enforced,requiring the employee to stop the timer beyond 9 hours to avoid unnecessary scrunity in stand ups 3.The concept work life balance is not applicable here I have seen many employee working 12hrs/day

Digite is a great company to learn skills. It is one of the companies with the best quality of work in terms of tech stack and learning. You also get a lot of recognition and value in this company. It is one of the few companies which is actually Agile.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work pressure is high. Earlier we had a 5 day work week but on some days due to the huge load it became 6 work day week. Because everyone is loaded in work from top to bottom, often seniors are not able to guide the junior folk.
