Management pushes employees to make calls, not caring about the actual value or interest from the leads. Its all about meeting numbers, even if that means pressuring clients into meetings when they're clearly not interested. The lack of support, guidance, and real growth opportunities made the job feel like a dead end. Instead of fostering creativity of genuine progress, they seem to thrive on quantity over quality. It's an exhausting and demoralizing place to work; honestly, its not worth working here.
