...day before releasing the offer they downgraded my offer to a substantial amount. When I asked the reason for this downgrade in salary, they said that they have other candidates waiting in pipeline. This is really pathetic and illustrates how they must be treating the employees and there is no value of candidates. I did waste my time interviewing for this company. - When I asked HR to schedule 1:1 calls with the management before joining, she simply rejected my request. Hence, no transparency.

Micro management Work life balance - You have to do login on time but log out time not fixed. Every day have to ask the Manager may I leave and u will get reply go for now do again work when u reach to home. 6 months probation period No proper team coordination, every time decision changes and no one is taking that responsibility. Very bad experience
