Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Digital Arts is an offset printing press and digital printing. In Oman located in mabeela muscat. The owner of the company is kind person but the problem is that he didn't care his business now. Which suffersus us badly.

There is not any issue of salary. We got our salery on time. But the problem is management syatem is not good. There is old machines which. Effects on business becoz printing quality is not good. This is the problem i am compel to leave the company.
