Digital Aptech allows you to work comfortably giving you as much support as possible in all aspects. The team leaders see to it that the less experienced ones get the correct guidance from the more experienced employees. Work hours are decent. Obviously one cannot complain about sudden exceptions, they are a part of our work life.

I have heard some people have problems getting the salary of their notice periods.

Nothing, I am working here for last 1.5 years, No hike till now and there are lot of employees who didn't get any hike for last 2 years. Every-time I speak with the HR team they promise the hike will happen next month, but didn't happen till now. Lack of projects, false commitment makes us stay late at night. Most of the seniors are leaving this company now as they got humiliated.
