Good learning opportunity for freshers with good package.

Work from office , there is no option called WFH, fresher and experience person will not have salary different , some cases freshers will be getting more pay than senior . there is no equal distribution of work ,among teammates

Salary compensation is not standardized on experience wise. lot of ambiguity in salary between same experience resource

getting salary on time and leaves also, even company is adjusting when the employee is in any medical or other emergency
