Nothing, No any working balancing life in this organisation only politics is here. Seniors behaviour is not good with junior employees.

Overall sides like working culture, salary increment and increase in one level up etc these benefits is not provided. Only time wasting and destroy with own skills and no growing up in the future.

Not at all....In the audit of this company, no auditor has any knowledge of micro finance, only field staff go as bodyguards and pass the time and remove them completely, I don't know why this company is the burden of 200 auditors.

After working continuously for 45 days, do not know which audit is done in the branch, you cannot eat food even if the restaurant is 10 km Working time Monday to Sunday Morning 7 am to night k 12 bje tak

My company has nice work culture and there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and are appreciatedd for their efforts.

Dislikes

Company needs to work on training division and should also start organising more cultural events. Also company needs to focus more on technological advancements.

Likes

Supportive seniors and colleagues, who are alwalys motivating and inspiring. Effective time management hence the work-life is balanced. Suggestions are valued and maximum queries are resolved. Gives opportunity to new talents moreover, it has a very safe working environment especially for the female staff.

More fun activities are needed.
