...ncrements are not given to employees who have been working more than 5 yrs also. No respect for employees, and salary is paid very late even when asked so many times, they just try avoid paying you , for 1 or 2 months, They tell you to work on Sundays and work late after office hours but no compensation. no compensation for to travel to sites also

Dislikes

Employees don't get respect and the employees don't get salaries on time, not even a single month. If one employee leaves the office they won't get proper relieving documents and pending salaries for months.
