a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Every thing of this company is very poor. Actually it's not an company, it's a contractor. There are no policy for employees. They treat employees as a servant. No holiday. Every day is working day. It's not a working place it's a jail.

There is no annual appraisal, no Sunday off, nothing new to learn, management will always criticze your work. Job offers will stop coming as other companies very well its work culture. Total mental torture. As I am a current employee of thuis company and I am mentally exhausted. Please save your own and your family's future and don't join this company. It is a black hole once you get in you will never come out.
