Joined Ambani school in 2003 as a Hindi Teacher. Enjoyed working with very enthusiastic, experience, co worker in such a department. School send me for IB and IGCSE work shops. Salary increment and appraisal is being done yearly according to school policy.

Dislikes

Compensation decent, being in language especially hindi department individual growth is slow and importance given to foreign languages as usual. At times work pressure become too much and hectic.

Well read and well informed student community.

Dislikes

A toxic and ambiguous work atmosphere that is run on the basis of gossip and personal favour. No work place gender parity. A thorough deficit of professional attitude. On the whole, there is no professional satisfaction to be found. Rules are altered to suit different employees and students.
