I was able to get value based high quality practical exposure while working at Dhiren H Pandya & Associates. Founder Partner Dhiren Sir and Senior Partner Varun Sir personally helps and guides in all the possible ways and moulds staff people's career in such a way that helps their staff person whether Article Assistant or Chartered Accountant, to be independent and stay at top position in industry in today's highly competitive environment. Quality of work they deliver is none less than Big4 or equivalent quality. Office working culture is also positive and like family member. Today I am able to deliver best in my field is all due to the guidance, learnings and exposure received from Dhiren Sir and Varun Sir.

This firm/organisation is very transparent, motivating , having positive work environment. Most importantly their partners Mr. Dhiren Pandya sir and Mr. Varun Pandya sir are very much experienced , supportive and so much sound in their fields i.e finance, audit, taxation and many other areas..

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
