Timing is good, work load is average. Team management is good as team has to figure out together what to say to customers. Trainers are blank in their explainations of employees queries and even in PPTs. It welcomes candidates with good communication skills and adaptive, learning.

...s technical glitch or the customer must have done and they say us to avoid them. Salary what you get cash in hand is different what you've been discussed.

I think company need some lit bit changes regarding incentive because in my sector incentive is more important than salary because if the incentive are released properly than employee of the company work hard to achieve his target to achieve the incentive slab...!!

They fired me when I was forced to resign. In June, after two pay-cuts for March anf April of almost 50% and paid 21 crores to Pradhan Mantri Relief Fund. Don't even think about working with this incompetent businessman, Sameer Gehlaut.
