My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). From my review they do not appreciate employees hard work no matter how hard you work and there is no work life balance like my office leaving time is 7pm but I have to work till 8:00 8:30 on most of the days.
