No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

It is a fake company. Very bad it like a scam. They told you that that they will pay but no at the end they will manage the thing like so that you don't get your payment. They are scammers. I have got 10 times ban in my Whatsapp due to their work. Please if anyone is reading this don`t join you will be fooled by them. They are real scammers in this world.

There was nothing to like about them.. Whole management was messed up .. No transperancy nothing..

Beware! Dev Town promised a salary structure but changed it after training, refusing to pay the base salary as agreed. No transparency at all." If you are joining dev town, please drop your thought right there.. And Co founder and founder -- First you should learn how to run any company. Don't waste their time and money who all are joining your company .. keep transperancy what all you are promising on offer letter.
