Typical Lala organization. Lala during interview asks how PhD is going to make a difference, why shall we pay you more? PhD is useless for him. He wants budget candidates not assets or good teachers. Strict monitoring of teachers all the time One can't even drink a cup of tea peacefully. They come and sit inside the classrooms and insult teachers infront of students. Never join this third class University

You'd be impressed my colleagues and work culture. Student base is decent.

Dislikes

Faculty is barely ever treated with dignity. We all are ill-paid. During Covid, Work was squeezed out of us but salary wasn't credited. Career growth opportunities are also sparse.

Management treats the faculties like unskilled labourers. They have zero respect and consideration for the well being of faculties. Neither do they care for students. All they want is money, be it the right way or in fraudulent manner. It's like a primary school for teachers where they can't do anything without being watched or bothered. Unnecessary load of work and for them teaching comes secondary, documentation and other admin work comes first.
