Dislikes

No one is really helpful even when you join organisations. Not even they bother to provide you initial overview, they assume you had crash course before joining and have enough knowledge to work directly. Also older people with more than 5,10 years of experience are making dependencies so that nobody outsider will get exact concepts of banks n it’s working. Also with micromanagement.

As per my experience Do not expect work life balance at all. Only strong hearted and the one who can fight with all the situation can survive. But at last it totally depends on process to process.
