They will not pay you for at least 6 months they take intern when needed and just threw you out after use

They lie about payment No pay for 6 months then 6 months pay 6000 Only done data entry for three month Don't join its a petty comp[any follow old standards

Basically nothing.. Good co workers.. Saturday is off.. Liquor party sometimes by the end of the month.. Free tea and snacks 2 times a day..

Dislikes

Too much work pressure, you can't manage.. Strict timing, if you out fot 10 minutes you lost 10 minutes salary. No PF, ESI. No salary increment.

The team at design direct is collaborative and there is a great sense of support among colleagues. Everyone is willing to help each other, which makes for a +ve workplace

Dislikes

Sometimes there is a significant workload to complete on time, and I am fully committed to meeting these demands. However there have been occasions when, despite working additional hours as requested, my commitments seems to be questioned. A stronger sense of trust and acknowledgement for the extra effort I put it in would be greatly appreciated.
