Very poor management skills, no leader ship quality, no job security, very bad work environment..... Etc

Dislikes

Don't try to join this horrible firm you lost your knowledge and professionalism, as well don't try to getting a job here if you're a graduated engineer or etc, they considered only below average performers, nepotism is the peak level please don't consider this company anyone those is you or your colleagues.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
