Not much, they will give you a good salary to join but culture wise a Dentsu has one of the most toxic culture in the digital industry. This is coming from a person whonhas previously worked at Publicis Groupe, GroupM. If you get a chance please go for those two instead of Dentsu. Don't ruin your, time, health and career here.

Dislikes

Bad apparaisal Toxic work culture No learning Minimum contact between manager and employee Toxic stakeholders as well No proper log out time. They will demand you to stretch hours They can fire you anytime. They have 180 days bench policy if you don't get any project in these days they can fire you. This is especially for Paragon Digital Service. Ask HR from which organization of Dentsu they are hiring.

As it is part of Dentsu the policy and things are pretty good. Work life balance is great. People are caring and professional.

Dislikes

After Dentu Global was formed a lot changed.. Indian policy makers have affected the over all culture of Dentsu. It does not feel great working here.. It is just like another Indian IT company. This has significantly started affecting the appraisal and increments.
