...I worked in. It is completely opposite if you are planning to join as an artist. Everyday overtime and pathetic hourly compensation. 1 hour of overtime can earn you only 40 bucks. Disgusting.

Dislikes

The HR is just there for name sake. They will never solve your issues. And there is no one you can escalate to if the HR doesn't help. Its a jungle raj. Even if they give it to you in writing that they will give you hike, they will deny it during the time of appraisal. This literally happened to me and I involved everybody possible. Nobody helps. Hence I quit exactly after completing 1 year.

-Liberal and calm minded managers. -Micro management is a big No No. -Good amount of leaves offered per year. -Opportunity to do try things out of the box. -Support received from employees across the globe.

- Pay is seriously dissatisfactory. Serious contribution by individuals are turned back on so as to not pay per the effort input. - Favouritism - Hiring people with less skill to catch up on things or get trained on. - Firing spree.

Work culture is very good. Company gives importance towards work life balance

Salary could have been more. Lay offs. Company lays off people left right and center, when they decide to cut down employment it happens overnight. No job security
