Company is open to innovation and ready to adopt latest technology and system to assist the bigger Industry eg Cement and Chemical Plants,5 Star Hotels, Hospital. I like the system framed for the role of Company and follow it ingood team spirit to achieve the goal of success. We had appreciations for our role in the Market. I played my role as GM, looking after HR, Accounts and liaisoning including Govt compliances. I felt pride in working as GM looking after overall responsibility.

Contracts of security are competitive and as such suitable rates are generally not found, Co. accepts the contracts at lower rates which affects in maintaining the quality. Hence growth is there, but quality is not there.
